Managing Partner
Elon Boms is the Managing Partner of V29 Capital. He is a long-term value creator and has served as a strategic advisor and board member to leading businesses over the past two decades.
Formerly, Elon served as the Managing Director of Pritzker Vlock Capital Management, where he was responsible for a billion-dollar plus portfolio. He also co-founded LaunchCapital in 2008 alongside Michael Vlock and Karen Pritzker, one of the first seed stage technology funds in the Northeast. During his time at Pritzker Vlock, Elon helped his portfolio companies raise billions of dollars of capital, served on over 40 boards, and helped drive dozens of successful exits.

Jason Gray is a Partner of V29 Capital – Fund I. He is an investor who partners with founders, families, and management teams to navigate the inflection points that matter most.
Formerly, Jason served as Head of the Investment Team at Pritzker Vlock Capital Management, where he led the investment process to deploy hundreds of millions of dollars of capital, backed >45 companies, and served as a board member and advisor through successful exits.

Darcy Frisch is the former Managing Director of Hearst Ventures, where she made investments in early-stage digital media and information businesses and served on the boards of numerous companies in the sector. Since joining Hearst Ventures in 2000, she was involved with a range of the firm's early investments. Prior to Hearst, she held positions as a tax analyst at KPMG and as legislative assistant for tax to U.S. Senator David Boren of Oklahoma. She holds an undergraduate degree from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.

Woody has spent a 35-year technology career split between operating roles (Apple, Sony, Lotus Development, Shiva, and MCK Communications) and investing roles (Lazard Technology Partners, Prism VentureWorks, and LaunchCapital). He has served as a CEO and as a board member of multiple technology companies, including a longtime board role at LogMeIn. He was an Executive in Residence at Bentley University and hosted a weekly Bloomberg Radio program on alternative investing with a focus on venture capital. A native of Swampscott, MA, he graduated from Governor's Academy and Bentley University.

Garren Givens is an entrepreneur, investor, and technology executive who has worked at the intersection of startups, government, venture capital, and artificial intelligence. He currently serves as Vice President of Ecosystem Enablement at NVIDIA, supporting enterprise AI adoption and the broader AI ecosystem. He previously served as Managing Director of Bulldog Innovation Group, Yale University's affiliated venture fund, and founded multiple technology startups. In the public sector, he served as the inaugural Executive Director of the Presidential Innovation Fellows program and co-founded 18F. He holds a BA and an MBA from Yale University and lives in Washington, D.C.

Jason Konidaris is a private investor with experience across global equity markets, board governance, and entrepreneurial investing, including involvement with several V29 portfolio companies. He previously served as Global Head of Capital Markets at S.A.C. Capital Advisors and began his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in international equities. He serves or has served on the boards of Pico Quantitative Trading, King School, the New Canaan YMCA, and the Archangels Foundation, and is associated faculty at Yale Medical School's Child Study Center. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.

Jarrod is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Pico, the leading provider of mission-critical technology, data, and infrastructure for the global financial markets. Since founding the company in 2009, he has grown Pico into a global platform serving hundreds of banks, exchanges, asset managers, hedge funds, and trading firms across more than 50 countries.

Bill McCullen is an experienced private investor and operator. Since 2009, he has invested in the networking, semiconductor, clean energy, and online markets. Investments include Collaborate.com (acquired by Cisco), Incentive Targeting (acquired by Google), Daily Grommet (acquired by Rakuten), CardStar (acquired by Constant Contact), Careport (acquired by Allscripts), Runkeeper (acquired by ASICS Corporation), and many others.
Previously, Bill was an equity analyst and held senior-level technical roles at companies such as Sycamore Networks. He began his career as an engineer.

Meghan FitzGerald is a healthcare investor, operator, strategist, and provider, with experience spanning frontline care, Fortune 100 leadership, investing, and public-company governance.
CFO
Allen is the CFO of V29 Capital, responsible for investor relations, P&L management, tax, and audit, and also serves as a Director in FGMK's Data Management Practice. He spent 15 years in financial services as a CFO for broker-dealers, introducing brokers, asset managers, and fund-administration firms before joining FGMK in 2014. Earlier roles included CFO of Beeland Management Company and a founding role at Fund Dynamics, a hedge fund administration firm.
